We’re delighted to announce a new addition to our agenda with talented make-up artist, Natalie, joining the Fashion your Future line-up.
In our work as coach (Gráinne), makeup artist (Natalie) and stylist (Joan) we often work with women going through a confidence dip. When it comes to confidence, career and life are deeply intertwined, as are how you feel about your appearance, body and style. So we decided to create a course that supports women across all of these areas - a masterclass in coaching, make-up and styling.
When we lose confidence we can feel a little bit lost.
As women who have had varied careers we can identify with that loss of confidence at different times. Whether it’s being out of the workplace for a period, working part time or just getting a bit lost in our role there can be a knock-on impact on confidence and it’s hard to know how to get it back or where to start.

Gráinne
I’m an EMCC certified career & executive coach with a background in management consulting and engineering.
My aim is to empower the groups and individuals I work with to take ownership of their careers and decisions. I hope to unleash their creativity and innovation along the way as they find their purpose.
As a coach I know how important it is to reflect on how we feel about things, and not just on the intellectual side. Feeling good about my body and how I dress is really important to me. Working with Joan has boosted my confidence and designing this course with her means I know her work will complement the coaching elements perfectly.
Natalie
I have a background in veterinary medicine, but I’ve always had a love of makeup and beauty. What began as a personal interest gradually grew into a passion I wanted to develop further.
After attending Fashion Your Future with Joan and Gráinne, I was inspired and encouraged to pursue makeup artistry more seriously and to build on my skills. I later completed formal training at the Sculpted by Aimee Training Academy.
Now, I want to share what I’ve learned and help other women feel confident in themselves through makeup.
I offer freelance makeup for special occasions as well as 1:1 sessions, where I work with clients to help them feel confident in their own makeup application and to create looks that suit their individual style.
Joan
I have a background in nursing but I've always had a passion for style and fashion, which led me to pursue a diploma in Image Consultancy and Personal Shopping at the Irish Style Institute. It was a perfect fit, and I immediately began putting my skills to use.
My journey started with teaching personal style and sustainable fashion to transition year students, a role I find incredibly rewarding. Alongside this, I work with private clients, offering image consultancy and personal shopping services to help them find the perfect look for any occasion.
